What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For ready-stock items the MOQ is 100 pieces (in multiples of 5 per size, colour and style). For cut-and-stitch / custom orders the MOQ is 500 pieces per design with an XS–2XL average ratio.
How do I place a bulk order?
Three options: (1) browse the catalogue and add to cart for ready-stock items; (2) hit Get a quote for custom 500+ runs and our team replies in 24 hours; (3) WhatsApp us at +91 90-991-991-06 with what you need — we're fastest there.
What payment methods do you accept?
Three: Razorpay (cards / UPI / netbanking, instant), direct UPI (gepton@ybl), and direct bank transfer (SBI · GEPTON · 39983352036 · IFSC SBIN0018455). For UPI & bank you upload a screenshot at checkout and we manually confirm — these methods get a 1% discount on the bill.
What is your production and delivery timeline?
Ready-stock plain orders dispatch next working day after full payment, and reach you in 3–6 working days. Ready-stock with custom print: 7–10 working days door-step. Cut-and-stitch (custom) orders: 14–18 working days. Rush production for events: 8–10 working days. See the full table on the Shipping policy.
Which printing methods do you offer?
Eight: DTF (default for most fabrics, all-colour), Screen (best for solid colours, large runs), Embroidery (premium polos / caps, MOQ 100), Sublimation (polyester only, edge-to-edge full-colour, not on black), DTG (photo-quality on cotton, MOQ 500), Vinyl, Rubber and Plastisol (MOQ 500 each).
Do you ship pan-India? What about non-serviceable pincodes?
Yes — pan-India through Delhivery, Blue Dart, DHL, FedEx, DTDC and India Post. Delivery is free on orders above ₹5,000 to serviceable pincodes. If your pincode is not directly serviceable, our team will quote alternate-courier charges within 24 hours, and you choose to proceed at actual cost or get a full refund.
Can I do white-label / custom branding?
Yes — we run white-label for D2C brands and college fests. Custom neck label, hangtag, packaging — your brand only, GepX invisible. Mutual NDA on day 1. MOQ for white-label: 500 pieces per design. Talk to us via the Branding page.
